Sherwoods Suzuki Fiat and Abarth Gateshead were outstanding. I purchased a Suzuki swift 4 weeks ago and due to my disabilities I had difficulty getting in and out of it. I contacted Sam Finkill and asked if there was a way to exchange the car for something more suitable. Sam, the manager and Mark (who passed on countless messages) could not have been more helpful. They organised for my finance agreement to be cancelled and bought the car back off me so I could purchase a more suitable car for my needs. The two week cooling off period had passed so there was no obligation for them to help me but they still did. I can’t thank them enough. Their customer service is outstanding which is what keeps me going back. I highly recommend this dealership.
